Specialty oral board preparation. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
To access certain features of the service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Where Plastics Boards sells access, it is sold as a one-time purchase of a fixed number of exam cases with a stated access period (for example, a 10-case pack with 12 months of access). The price, number of cases, and access period shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase are the terms of that purchase. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
The pass guarantee applies to the anesthesiology 10-case pack. If you complete all 10 cases in your pack before your exam date and do not pass the ABA Structured Oral Examination (SOE), we will refund your purchase in full. To claim, email help@8oclock.co within 60 days of your result with your official ABA outcome letter. One claim per customer. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refunds outside the pass guarantee are at the discretion of 8 O'Clock LLC. A refund or a chargeback ends your access to the purchased cases.
Plastics Boards is not affiliated with or endorsed by any medical specialty certifying board. The service is exam practice, not medical advice.
All content, features, and functionality of our service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by 8 O'Clock LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Our service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. 8 O'Clock LLC does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
In no event shall 8 O'Clock LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
8 O'Clock LLC reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes.
By using the examination features, you acknowledge and agree that your voice may be recorded and that transcripts of your sessions may be generated and stored. These recordings and transcripts are used to provide the service (e.g., transcript review and performance analysis), for quality assurance, and to improve the product. We retain these materials for the duration of your access period and for a reasonable period thereafter as described in our Privacy Policy. Access is limited to authorized personnel and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
